Athenahealth Patient Portal allows patients to:

• view and manage health records
• manage your demographic information
• view medications
• send secure messages

If this is your first time accessing Athenahealth Patient Portal, please email Shelbi at shelbi.m@eandbortho.com so that she can create your account. Place Athenahealth Patient Portal in the subject line. In the email, please provide us with your name, date of birth, and the reason for your request.

Once your account is created, you will receive a registration email with a link from Athenahealth Patient Portal. You will need to click the link within 24 hours of the request or the link will expire.
