Kelsi Jo Moehlman is a Certified Physician Assistant and a Certified Athletic Trainer. She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Kentucky and her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Kelsi is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery (PAOS) and the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA). She is a Louisville native and graduated from the Christian Academy of Louisville in 2011. In her spare time, she enjoys giving back to the community by serving as a member of the Junior League of Louisville as well as reading, cooking, and traveling with her husband, Ray. Kelsi enjoys covering Friday night football games for the DeSales Colts.

Hannah Oliver Leasure is a Louisville native and alumna of St. Margaret Mary and Manual Highschool. Following her college graduation from the University of Kentucky, she worked at Norton Audubon Emergency Department as a nursing assistant for one year. She then moved to Atlanta, GA and completed her Master's of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies at Mercer University. Once a PA, she worked for a gastroenterology practice in Atlanta for the next 13 months. During this time she married her high school sweetheart and soon after they moved back to Louisville to be closer to family and friends. She began working for Ellis and Badenhausen in March 2023. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery (PAOS). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog; cooking, and staying active.

Megan Courtney, PA-C, ATC

Megan Courtney is a Certified Physician Assistant and former Certified Athletic Trainer. She received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her master’s degree from the University of Louisville. She worked as an athletic trainer and medical assistant at Duke University before moving to West Point, New York where she worked as an athletic trainer at the United States Military Academy. She then decided to pursue a degree in physician assistant studies and graduated from the Wake Forest School of Medicine in 2011. She spent 9 years working as a physician assistant specializing in spine care before joining Ellis and Badenhausen. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs, traveling, and working out.

Rachel Duncan Fisher, APRN-CNP

Rachel Duncan Fisher, APRN-CNP is a Kentucky native, residing in Louisville since 2000. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 and worked in the critical care unit till completing her Masters in Nursing in 2014. She worked in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology in 2015. Then was with a local gastroenterology group where she specialized in chronic and end-stage diseases of the intestines, liver, and pancreas for 8 years before joining Ellis and Badenhausen. She was also an All-American NCAA swimmer with a personal understanding of the physical demands required to be an elite athlete; as well as, the consequences of high level training. She has been married for 20+ years to Kevin Fisher. They have two beautiful children, Liam and Nora, a black labrador retriever and cat. Outside the office, she enjoys cycling and working out, attending concerts, doing water activities, and shopping.

She is passionate about “caregiving” at all levels of acuity, chronicity, and age with a personal goal to work collaboratively to restore patients to optimal levels of performance and functioning abilities.
