A performance health assessment is the first step in the Performance Health treatment sequence. 💪

During an assessment, our team uses multiple objective, state-of-the-art testing methods and drills to determine an athlete`s unique weaknesses and imbalances. These findings are then used to create individualized programming for the athlete that includes mobility, strength, core, speed, and agility training. 👟

Athletes are periodically reassessed to check progress throughout the program, and supported by an extensive set of recovery services. ✔️

Performance Health assessment and programming is ideal for the developing, injury-prone, or recovering athlete looking to become stronger, stay healthy, and progress in their sport. 🏆
