After the request is submitted, a practice representative will reach out to the patient’s adjuster within 24 business hours to start the approval process. Please note that the length of this process can vary between 1 day to 2 weeks depending on the adjuster’s response time, but the patient will be contacted by our office during the next week with a status report.
