Bracing/DME

Sports activities play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy body structure of an individual. However, sports activities can result in various injuries that require adequate care. If neglected, sports injuries may induce serious complications and may even require surgery of the affected area. Braces are widely recommended for the management of such sports injuries.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy, known as Physiotherapy is a service to develop, maintain and restore maximum movement and functional ability throughout the lifespan. This includes providing services in circumstances where movement and function are threatened by aging, injury, disease or environmental factors.

PRP/Stemcell Injections

Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy or PRP is an emerging treatment in health care to rejuvenate your skin by stimulating collagen, the main component of connective tissue. The therapy improves lines, wrinkles and texture with a gradual natural change. The therapy is also helpful for treating skin conditions and for general skin reconditioning.

Sports Injuries

Sports injuries occur when playing indoor or outdoor sports or while exercising. They can result from accidents, inadequate training, improper use of protective devices, or insufficient stretching or warm-up exercises. The most common sports injuries are sprains and strains, fractures and dislocations.

Blood Flow Restriction Training

BFR training uses a pneumatic tourniquet at the upper part of an arm or leg. Light strengthening is performed with occlusion along the upper arm or leg. Occlusion restricts venous return and partially restricts arterial inflow. Exercise with occlusion has been found to have benefits of strengthening at 20%-30% of a 1 rep max which were thought to only occur with high intensity training at 65-75% of a 1 rep max.
