Kelsi Jo Barnes is a Certified Physician Assistant and a Certified Athletic Trainer. She completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Kentucky and her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. Kelsi is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery (PAOS) and the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA). She is a Louisville native and graduated from the Christian Academy of Louisville in 2011. In her spare time, she enjoys giving back to the community by serving as a member of the Junior League of Louisville as well as reading, cooking, and traveling with her husband, Ray. Kelsi enjoys covering Friday night football games for the DeSales Colts.

After graduating from West Virginia University, Jennifer was the assistant athletic trainer at Penn State University. She became the Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Louisville and promoted to the Associate Director of Sports Medicine for Olympic Sports shortly thereafter. After receiving her Physician Assistant degree, Jennifer joined Elizabethtown Orthopedics. Jennifer worked with Drs. Pomeroy and Rhoads before joining Ellis and Badenhausen Orthopedics.
